Description
S’Mores Icebox Cake is a cool, luscious dessert combining chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 12 sheets Graham crackers
- 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
- 7 oz Marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Hot fudge sauce (slightly warmed)
- 1 cup Mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup Milk chocolate pieces
Instructions
- In a bowl of an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream for about 4-5 minutes, or until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff mixture until smooth.
- In the bottom of a springform pan, add a solid layer of graham crackers.
- Spread half of the creamy marshmallow fluff filling over the graham crackers.
- Cover this layer with a cup of mini marshmallows.
- Pour on half of the warmed hot fudge sauce evenly over the mini marshmallows.
- Repeat the process starting with the graham cracker layer until all ingredients are used.
- Garnish with additional mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and milk chocolate pieces.
- Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or up to 1-2 days.
