Description

S’mores Energy Bites are the perfect quick snack that kids and adults alike will adore. These no-bake treats combine the nostalgic flavors of s’mores with the goodness of oats and peanut butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 cup Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Mini-Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Mallow Bits
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oats, crushed graham crackers, chia seeds, mini-chocolate chips, and mallow bits until well combined.
  3. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla to the dry mixture and mix thoroughly; using your hands may help.
  4. Scoop out about 1-inch balls from the mixture and roll them firmly in your hands before placing them on the prepared pan.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
