  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise/Vegenaise (for a vegan option)
  • 1/4 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt (or additional mayo)
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg’s preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey/Maple Syrup (or agave syrup for vegan option)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

  1. Combine the julienned broccoli, red apple slices, dried cranberries, and thinly sliced red onion in a large bowl.
