Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 graham crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
- 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 4 equal rectangles.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on one half of each pastry rectangle, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and chocolate chips over the peanut butter.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling to create pockets. Press the edges with a fork to seal.
- Place the stuffed pastry pockets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the remaining egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from oven. Top each pastry with mini marshmallows.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes, watching carefully, until marshmallows are toasted and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving your peanut butter smores puff pastry.
Notes
- Ensure puff pastry is fully thawed but still cold for best results.
- Watch marshmallows closely under the broiler to prevent burning.
- These peanut butter smores puffs are best enjoyed warm.
