- 1 teaspoon Paprika (Add more for smoky flavor)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Optional for heat)
- 1 each Pre-Made Pizza Crust (Follow package instructions)
- 1 pound Chicken Breast (Cooked and shredded)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (For seasoning chicken)
- 1 each Red Onion (Diced)
- 1 each Ripe Peach (Sweet and juicy)
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (For garnish)
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Freshly shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Mix the BBQ sauce ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Shred the cooked chicken and mix with 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce.
- Prepare pizza crust according to package instructions and spread leftover BBQ sauce over it.
- Layer mozzarella cheese, shredded chicken, sliced peaches, and diced red onion on the crust.
- Bake the pizza for approximately 20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with cilantro, slice, and serve warm.
