- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced veggies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Prep a heart-shaped muffin tin by lightly greasing it.
- Divide the diced veggies and shredded cheese into the muffin cups.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the veggies and cheese, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until set in the center and slightly golden.
- Cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.
