Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, coconut milk, optional water, sweetener, salt, and turmeric. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl, then add the chia seeds. Stir gently for about 1 minute to ensure even distribution.
