- 1 loaf Soft Bread (e.g., brioche or milk bread)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt (kosher recommended)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, parsley, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Carefully cut the loaf lengthwise, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
- Generously spread the garlic cream mixture into the cuts of the bread.
- Wrap the filled bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Unwrap the foil during the last few minutes of baking for a crispy crust.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Optionally sprinkle with extra parsley.
