- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine almond flour in a large mixing bowl. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt shredded mozzarella cheese for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix melted cheese into the almond flour until a thick dough forms.
- Prepare a work surface and place a piece of parchment paper on it. Transfer the dough ball and flatten it slightly.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/6 inch thick.
- Slice the rolled dough into triangles and arrange on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
