- 1 pound Italian Sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- In a large skillet brown the Italian sausage over medium high heat, breaking apart into small pieces, until no longer pink. Drain away the excess grease.
- Mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.
- Place in a slow cooker/crock pot for 3-4 hours until hot. Or place in a baking dish and cook at 350º F for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
