  • 35 g Reduced-salt French onion soup mix
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 sheets Puff pastry, defrosted
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 tbsp Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Mix the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Cut each puff pastry sheet in half.
  4. Whisk together the egg and milk in a small bowl.
  5. Roll the pastry to enclose the filling.
  6. Slice each log into 6 to 8 pieces.
  7. Arrange the pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
