- 1000 g Pork mince
- 35 g Reduced-salt French onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 sheets Puff pastry, defrosted
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 tbsp Milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cut each puff pastry sheet in half.
- Whisk together the egg and milk in a small bowl.
- Roll the pastry to enclose the filling.
- Slice each log into 6 to 8 pieces.
- Arrange the pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes.
