Description
A classic Chicken Caesar Wrap with crisp romaine lettuce, tender chicken, Parmesan cheese, and homemade croutons wrapped in a warm tortilla.
Ingredients

- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup homemade croutons
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well with tongs.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust dressing if desired.
- Warm tortillas in a pan over medium heat for 15-30 seconds per side or microwave between paper towels for 15-30 seconds.
- Place tortillas on a clean surface. Divide salad mixture evenly among tortillas, placing in the center.
- Fold opposite sides inward and roll burrito-style. Secure with toothpick if needed.
- Cut in half or serve whole.
