Description

A classic Chicken Caesar Wrap with crisp romaine lettuce, tender chicken, Parmesan cheese, and homemade croutons wrapped in a warm tortilla.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup homemade croutons
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well with tongs.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust dressing if desired.
  3. Warm tortillas in a pan over medium heat for 15-30 seconds per side or microwave between paper towels for 15-30 seconds.
  4. Place tortillas on a clean surface. Divide salad mixture evenly among tortillas, placing in the center.
  5. Fold opposite sides inward and roll burrito-style. Secure with toothpick if needed.
  6. Cut in half or serve whole.
