Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease cups.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
