- 1 cup uncooked white quinoa
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2–3 Tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3–4 squares vegan dark chocolate

Instructions
- Rinse your quinoa in a fine mesh strainer for about 2 minutes.
- Toast the rinsed quinoa by heating a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Combine the almond milk, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt in the saucepan.
- Simmer the mixture on low heat for 20-25 minutes, uncovered.
- Mix in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract after removing from heat.
- Adjust the flavor to your preference.
- Serve each bowl warm, topped with a small square of vegan dark chocolate.
