Ultimate Crumbl Peanut Butter Cookie Copycat Recipe – Soft, chewy cookies packed with peanut butter flavor and topped with a sweet sugar coating.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (creamy)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 cup cake flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (plus extra for rolling)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 24 tbsp peanut butter (creamy)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 410°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Mix in creamy peanut butter until combined; then add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in peanut butter chips.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet and roll in extra granulated sugar.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  9. Allow cooling on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
