A creamy and comforting crockpot chicken alfredo tortellini dish that’s easy to prepare and perfect for a family dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cheese tortellini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add chicken broth and minced garlic.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until chicken is tender.
  4. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and return it to the crockpot.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan until well combined.
  6. Add cheese tortellini, then cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until tortellini is tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
