- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated) (can replace with nutritional yeast for vegan option.)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil (avocado oil can be a substitute.)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch diameter balls and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until browned and fully cooked through.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add chopped spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking until the spinach wilts.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Toss the meatballs gently in the creamy sauce until well coated.
- Plate the meatballs hot, garnished with fresh basil. Enjoy!
