- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, grated or pressed
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup extra light olive oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
- While whisking vigorously, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Continue whisking until well incorporated.
- Add parmesan cheese and whisk to combine.
- Transfer to a mason jar, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
