Description

A creamy and tangy homemade Caesar dressing made with fresh ingredients like garlic, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese. Perfect for salads or as a dip.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated or pressed
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra light olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. While whisking vigorously, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Continue whisking until well incorporated.
  3. Add parmesan cheese and whisk to combine.
  4. Transfer to a mason jar, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
