- 1 cup Mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Chopped dill
- 2 cups Cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)
- 1 cup Celery (diced)
- 1 cup Halved grapes
- 1/2 cup Diced red onion
- 4 pieces Croissants (buttery and flaky)
- 4 leaves Butter lettuce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, red wine vinegar, and chopped dill until well blended.
- Add the chopped or shredded chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, and red onion to the bowl. Gently fold everything together until combined.
- Slice the croissants in half and scoop the chicken salad mixture onto the bottom halves. Top with fresh butter lettuce, then place the top halves back on.
