  • 1 cup Celery (diced)
  • 1 cup Halved grapes
  • 1/2 cup Diced red onion
  • 4 pieces Croissants (buttery and flaky)
  • 4 leaves Butter lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, red wine vinegar, and chopped dill until well blended.
  2. Add the chopped or shredded chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, and red onion to the bowl. Gently fold everything together until combined.
  3. Slice the croissants in half and scoop the chicken salad mixture onto the bottom halves. Top with fresh butter lettuce, then place the top halves back on.
