Sweet and salty pretzels coated in homemade toffee and baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 4 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread mini pretzels evenly in a single layer over the sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then stir in brown sugar, honey, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 3–4 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour hot toffee mixture over pretzels, ensuring full coating.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts and gently press into toffee.
- Bake for 7–10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Cool completely on baking sheet before breaking into pieces.
