- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish generously with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the low-fat cottage cheese, large eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until completely smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats and almond milk until well combined. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes.
- Gently fold in the fresh or frozen blueberries, chopped nuts, and chia seeds.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
