Ingredients

- 2 cups Frozen cherries
- 2 pieces Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 1 cup Baby spinach
Instructions
- Start by collecting all the ingredients listed above.
- Place the frozen cherries, dates, rolled oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and almond milk into your blender. If you’re using protein powder or spinach, add those too.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
- If a thicker smoothie is desired, add more frozen cherries or oats and blend again.
- Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy immediately.
