Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen cherries
  • 2 pieces Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 cup Baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Start by collecting all the ingredients listed above.
  2. Place the frozen cherries, dates, rolled oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and almond milk into your blender. If you’re using protein powder or spinach, add those too.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  4. If a thicker smoothie is desired, add more frozen cherries or oats and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy immediately.
