Delicious Beet Hummus Platter That Will Wow Your Guests


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (15 oz) Chickpeas (drained)
  • 1 Roasted Beet (peeled and diced)
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • Veggies (Assorted, like carrots and cucumbers)
  • Pita Chips

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the drained chickpeas, diced roasted beet, tahini, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. If too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until you reach a silky texture.
  3. Transfer the beet hummus into a serving bowl and create an artistic swirl on top.
  4. Sprinkle extra tahini or drizzle olive oil on top before serving.
  5. Arrange assorted veggies and pita chips around the dip on a platter.
