  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (pure vanilla is best)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (consider sea salt for gourmet touch)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (or use milk chocolate for a sweeter option)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa for richness)
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter (can substitute with almond butter)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the oat flour and salt together. Then, add the smooth peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
  2. Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed within the mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf tin lined with parchment paper. Press it firmly into an even layer, then refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
  4. While waiting, melt the dark chocolate and additional peanut butter in a bain marie or microwave until smooth, stirring occasionally.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over the chilled base. Allow it to cool before returning it to the fridge until the chocolate has fully set.
