Crispy Air Fryer French Fries Recipe – Perfect Every Time
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes (peeled if desired)
- 2 teaspoons canola oil or other vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt or regular salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Scrub potatoes clean and slice into 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick wedges. Soak in ice water for at least 1 hour (up to 24 hours refrigerated).
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 15 minutes.
- Dry potatoes thoroughly and toss with oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry potatoes for 10 minutes. Toss and fry another 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Cool briefly before serving. Add extra seasoning if desired.
